I panicked when my Dyson began to stop working after a couple of minutes as I really cannot afford to buy a new Dyson at the moment with me and my husband being on furlough for months, he suggested trying a new battery. I rang the number provided because I wanted to make sure that was the problem, I described to the man what was happening and he asked me a couple of questions. Anyway ordered the battery hoover back to new. Cheaper than from Dyson themselves. It’s running brilliantly I’m very happy with it.

Well I’m very pleased with this battery it’s better than the old one, the run time is great on it now, don’t have to worry about it stopping after 30 seconds . Only had it 12 days but vacuum every day so it’s had some hammer already! so we’ll see on the longevity of it.

This is a good sturdy battery good quality and is running a treat the previous one was conking out after 5 minutes this has a long run time. It was easy to replace and has good power and suction on it. So overall pretty pleased!
