Covid 19 has obviously impacted couriers & there delivery times we can not be held responsible for late deliveries in the midst of this pandemic.
All orders must be completed by 10 am Monday to Friday in order to receive it the next 1 / 4 working days.
If your order is made after 10 am it will be dispatched the following working day.
All orders made at weekend – Saturday / Sunday will be dispatched Monday Morning
All orders are shipped from within the UK with a tracked delivery service.
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the UK.
Order process / Cancel order
once you complete your order on the website you will receive an email to confirm we are processing your order
when the order is dispatched you will receive another email stating your order has been dispatched & then various email updates from the courier on the progress of your parcel .
if you have not received any emails please check your junk folder or spam folder.
it is also possible you mistyped your email address when ordering and the emails can not be sent to your address as its invalid.
Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you.
you can of course return the item once it has been delivered for a refund.

Please return the battery in the same way it was sent wrapped in a plastic mailing bag or something similar please do not stick labels directly to the brown retail box
please note all returns must have a note inside the box with the full name address order number & The reason for return – ie ordered by mistake once The Return has been received by us we will Then send you a refund & you will also receive an email to confirm the refund has been sent.
you can, of course, order the correct battery before you send the old one back or at any point.
